When we were told that we’d be covering the Youth For Inclusion 2021 Summit an event organized by Special Olympics Asia Pacific, we were thrilled. More than that, we were honored. It’s rare to be able to cater to brands whose cause you personally resonate with, and it’s not all just business. When you get the opportunity to work for a reward much greater than money- you know you’ve unlocked a new milestone.
The Youth For Inclusion Summit is going to be held from October 3 to 8, 2021, where various speakers from different walks of life and unique perspectives will come together and discuss the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals 4 (Quality Education) and 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), in the light of people with Intellectual disabilities and how they can be included in these goals.
From making content calendars and ideating on the concepts of various posts, to writing copies and creating designs- we came a long way with Special Olympics. We’ve also had the pleasure to have conversations with their Youth Leaders and Athletes. That’s the best part of our work- we get to talk to people and know their life stories. By understanding their perspective, we do what we are best at creating stories that move.
We cater to a plethora of brands with varied product offerings, but Special Olympics will always be close to our hearts. As a brand, it advocates for people with Intellectual Disabilities and is on a quest to make this world a more inclusive place for them. And we’re glad we can contribute by walking with them on this journey of a thousand miles!
